ALOHA! The pulse of the Earth can be felt from Kauai. In silence our hearts beat as One.
The water embraces my skin, purifying, the food enters my soul, nourishing...All coming
from a source that is ALIVE, Mother Earth...growing, expanding, BECOMING...whatever it is
we make of her. Respect & Love. Mahalo!

Aloha!... from PoiPu, Kauai. The island is amazing. It sustains. The trees provide...fruit, nectar, avacado, coco's, beautiful blossoms...and the people respect. It is inspiring to be on an island that gives thanks for all that our mother provides. It's hard sometimes to see the beauty within the buildings, but if you stop for a moment, you'll see that no matter where you are, the wind is singing in the trees. Much gratitude...love.

Inside and outside her head, a billion, trillion stars, beyond count, circled and exploded. A million frogs croaked, trees fell in forests echoing down valleys; children cried. How could she, when not once had she even heard the sound of her own breathing. ~Duane Michaels, "Inside and Outside"

Space, empty space. To be filled with changing forms. Energy constantly moving, filling the endless void. I love space. It gives me form so I can change and become one with the Universe.

From day to day the energy circulates without any boundaries. Timeless and effortless it Loves and maintains the ongoing form. I Love the Air. I breathe in her life force and it sustains me.

To my Brother, Kyle...You are a brilliant artist and soul, infinite is your potential...I love you...Happy 30th Birthday. May God Bless You Always...Enjoy!
Bursting forth with expanding energy. Reaching the outer depths of space and beyond. Creating wamth and heat so life can go on. I love the fire. She warms my being and gives me Energy so I can BE.

Abound in the ocean of joy, energy moving to every corner. Satisfying, flowing freely...'tis the waters way. I love the water. She cleanses my soul, and connects me To Spirit.

How beautiful the energy taking solid form. Slow vibrations---crystallizing, becoming whole. Holding life together connected, safe and secure. I love the Earth. She is my home. She supports me and gives me strength To Be.

How incredible to see the Universe with eyes closed. To know all knowledge and feel every feeling. To be one with your soul. I love the third eye. She gives me knowledge of the past, present, and future. She allows me to see, and know everything.

"We never think of how we got here, the continuity that makes our lives possible. A quote I'd heard long ago suddenly made sense to me: 'I am the reason that my ancestors existed for thousands of years.' Just the act of giving thanks for your life and for other people--that expression of gratitude is not something we take time for every day. When I did, I started to feel connected to everything around me."

Without all the commercialism, holidays can remind us to give, give thanks, and live & love from the heart. May we all continue to recognize our blessings in this life. Peace be with you.

If all were of the same religious opinion, there would be no religion. No sooner does a religion start than it breaks into pieces. The fact that there are so many men still alive in the world shows that it is based not on the force of arms but on the force of truth or love. Therefore, the greatest and most impeachable evidence of the success of this force is to be found in the fact that, in spite of all the wars in the world...it still lives on.
~Mahatma Gandhi

It is quite evident that our world is useful and that it provides for our needs, but our connection to it does not end there. We are united to it by a connection much larger and more truthful than that of necessity. Our soul is drawn to it; our love of life is in reality a desire in us to seek our connection with this universe. And this connection is Love. ~ Rabindranath Tagore

The symbol of the Sun is a circle with a dot in the center. The circle represents the eternal self that did not start herre and does not finish here on earth. The dot in the middle represents the divine spark at the center of every living cell; the "light" which lighteth every man which cometh into the world. It is the point of Light at the center of every living cell. In the blueprint the Sun represents the main expression of the individual-- the heart and core of beingness: the will, vital energy... prana, fuel on which the total personality operates, rules the heart and spine of the physical body, and rules the sign, Leo. Evoke the Sun's power to hold, energize, attract and fascinate by chanting the sound Hrim.

Rules Capricorn and Aquarius...is directly concerned with character building and is one of the greatest angels in the universe. This angel was given the hardest job of all; to test and try man's soul until he learned to break his self imposed bonds (personality) and go free...realize spirit. In Hindu astrology, Saturn is related to the god, Shiva, the destroyer. Saturn's mission is to destroy all that is outgrown in the personality. The destroyers have to break down the past before builders can come in. Saturn represents one's Dharma (duty or responsibility in life) and in the birthchart, indicates where our responsibilties lie and what our life's lessons must be. Tap into self discipline with the help of Saturn's energy by chanting Hlim.

Rules two signs, Taurus and Libra... is the power of cohesion and attraction and draws things together in a synthesis. Represents the spirit overcoming matter through Love.
Venus evokes the power of love, delight, contentment and fulfillment. Connect to the energies of Venus today by silently chanting the seed mantra, Klim.

Natural Ruler of Sagittarius...has rulership over the superconscious Self in each and every earthchild. With the expansive, blossoming and evolving energies of Jupiter, nothing can confine, restrict or limit that Self, for that Self is eternally one with the Divine. Jupiter represents: expansion, aspiration and inspiration, understanding, prosperity and abundance, faith and optimism, religion and philosophy, and friendliness. To connect...Chant the Mantra Strim.

Rules Gemini and Virgo...is the ruling planet of intellect and intelligence. (the mind) Mercury is the link between heaven and earth. Both are within us. The mind is the link between the soul and personality. Mercury has leadership over the nervous system and all communication is possible only through Mercury. A great day to speak clearly what is on your mind for Mercury evokes the power of articulation, calling, guiding and teaching, speaking and writing. Chant the Mantra Aim to get connected.

Rules Aries and Scorpio...is responsible for the power of action, work, motivation, and transformation. Mars is a positive, outgoing energy, masculine in expression, and ruler of the physical self. Emotionally, it gives the drive to out feelings, being responsible for either courage, or the temper. The energy is the same, how you use it differs. Essentially Mars is Fire...the fire of life, without it, there is no enthusiasm and passion for livingness. Tap into the productive energy of Mars by repeating the Mantra Krim for vitality.

Rules Cancer...The Moon moves quickly, and travels one sign of the zodiac every 2 and a half days. Ayurvedically, the Moon is a kapha or watery planet. It is of a sattvic or pure nature. In Sanskrit, the Moon is called "Soma" or "Chandra". On a spiritual level, as the Moon is a receptive planet, it can also indicate taking a path of surrender, or performing an act of service in a caring way. The Moon connects us to the Divine Mother energies. ~ Debra Infante,Vedic astrologer

Love is the answer.

Water, you arethe one that brings us life. You are the source of nourishment that gives us strength. We rejoice at your existence. We drink you with joy, as babies drink their mothers' milk. And when we swallow you, we receive love. Water, carry away all my sins and my failures, all that has been bad in my life. I seek you today; (and give you thanks) I shall plunge into your wetness. "If you want to learn about meditation, you first need to know something about concentration. According to yoga, concentration means focusing the mind on one object. An undisciplined mind- the kind most of us have- tends to shift continually from one object to another. Steadying the mind by focusing it on one object helps you to gradually overcome this ever-wandering habit of the mind. After prolonged practice, the mind is able to focus on one object for longer and longer intervals. When the mind remains concentrated on one object for a period of twelve breaths, this is called meditation. Thus, meditation can be defined as the uninterrupted flow of concentration." ~Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, in Inner Quest, p. 71.
